OnePlus has officially confirmed it is ending new product sales in Europe and North America. The company's own statement calls it a "proactive global strategy adjustment" and uses the phrasing "conclude new product rollouts in Europe and North America" to describe what is effectively a full withdrawal from the two regions that made the brand famous. Oppo will take over in Europe. In the US, Oppo is effectively exiting too.

The move ends a decade-long run for a brand that built its reputation on cheap-but-fast flagships sold directly to enthusiasts. Oppo will continue to sell phones in Europe. The company has confirmed it is working on the Find X10 series, and rumours suggest a wide foldable is in development.
